Katerina Shaw’s practice includes representation in connection with the sale, purchase, commercial employment and financing of real estate and other assets including ships, heavy equipment, barges and the corporate and ship and mortgage registration laws of Liberia and the Marshall Islands. In addition to broad experience in all areas of real estate, ship finance and corporate law, she has represented clients in the acquisition and financing of fleets of barges and push boats and cranes and other port heavy equipment.

Katerina received her law degree from Athens University and a master's in international law from New York University. She is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and of Athens, Greece.
