Nathan C. Gaudio joined Poles, Tublin, Stratakis & Gonzalez, LLP as an associate in 2009. His practice areas include commercial transactions, maritime transactions and financing, real estate transactions, litigation, taxation, and trusts and estates.

Mr. Gaudio is a graduate of Siena College and New England School of Law where he served as an editor of the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law. In addition, he received an LL.M. in taxation from Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gaudio was associated with a major defense litigation firm in Manhattan.
