Fernando Soltanik joined Poles, Tublin, Stratakis & Gonzalez, LLP as an associate in 2006. He concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and financing, ship financing and registration, and commercial litigation. His real estate expertise encompasses purchase and sale of commercial and residential property and lease negotiation for both landlords and tenants.

Mr. Soltanik earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000 from Barry University, and a J.D. from the American University - Washington College of Law in 2006. He is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations. In addition to English, he speaks, reads and writes fluently in Spanish and Portuguese.
