Scott Johnston practice includes the areas of real estate, taxation, and litigation. He has successfully represented clients in commercial and residential purchases, sales, and refinances, sale of commercial air rights, commercial lease agreements, and property management agreements. In addition, Mr. Johnston has represented businesses and individuals involved in commercial litigation, in New York State Supreme Court, Surrogate’s Court and Federal courts.

Mr. Johnston earned a Bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College in 1973, a J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 1981, and an LL.M. from Boston University in 1983. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state courts, to the U.S. District Courts of the District of New Jersey, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court.
