Nathan C. Gaudio, Partner

Nathan C. Gaudio is a partner in the firm’s Washington DC Metro office. His practice is focused in maritime transactions, business and corporate matters, and asset-based lending.  In addition, he assists clients in negotiating and structuring maritime and non-maritime transactions under U.S. and foreign laws, especially in respect of Liberian and Marshall Islands maritime and corporate law.  He also counsels clients in connection with real estate law and estate planning and administration.

Rodrigo A. Gonzalez, Partner

Rodrigo Gonzalez is a partner in the firm’s New York office.  His practice is focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including sales and purchase, leasing and financing.  He also advises individuals and corporations in respect of corporate law.

John G. Poles, Partner

John Poles is the senior partner and one of the founders of the firm.  His practice is concentrated in advising individuals and shipping companies in respect of complex commercial litigation and arbitration.

John C. Stratakis, Partner

John Stratakis is a partner in the firm’s New York office.  His practice is concentrated in the transactional area, with a focus on international vessel sales and purchases and financing, and company formation in various jurisdictions.  He counsels companies and financial institutions on the maritime and corporate laws of Liberia and the Marshall Islands.  He also advises international investors in the sale, purchase and finance of New York real estate.

Scott R. Johnston, Associate

Scott Johnston is the senior associate based in the firm’s New York office.  His practice is focused on commercial litigation and general commercial disputes.  He also advises clients in connection with commercial and residential real estate transactions, including sales and purchase, leasing and financing.

Michael Paolucci is an associate in the firm’s New York office.  His practice is focused on commercial and residential real estate transaction, including sales and purchase, leasing and financing.  He also advises individuals and corporations in respect of corporate law.

Michael  J. Paoluccihas been admitted to New York and New Jersey. His areas of practice are Real Estate Law, Trusts and Estates, and Elder Care.
