Poles Tublin is committed to marshalling all available resources in its delivery of quality and client-focused legal services.  As technology evolves, we work to stay on top of developments.   This includes the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance our capabilities and efficiency. We also recognize that AI presents meaningful ethical and legal challenges for our profession and our society.  To that end, we have developed the following guidelines for the responsible and ethical use of AI by our attorneys and staff, to reflect our values of quality and integrity:

To the extent that we use AI, we work to ensure that any use of AI is consistent with our legal and regulatory obligations. 

We maintain client confidentiality and only use AI tools that we assess to be sufficiently reliable, accurate, and secure.

We provide for appropriate human oversight and control in decision-making processes involving AI.

We prohibit the use of AI for unprofessional, illegal, harmful or discriminatory purposes.

We participate in the global dialogue on the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI, both within the legal profession and in the wider society.
