Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
This statement constitutes the slavery and human trafficking statement of PTSG. This statement illustrates how we apply our business principles in practice and reflects our continued commitment to effectively identify, assess and address the risks of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, servitude, and related exploitation (collectively, “Modern Slavery”) within our organization and supply chain. It has been approved by PTSG’s Management Committee.
PTSG is a law firm headquartered in the United States, providing a wide range of legal services to clients worldwide. We maintain offices in the United States, where we carry on business and deliver legal advice to United Kingdom and international clients. Although we are not required, we are voluntarily publishing this statement.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We support the objectives of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 and have a zero-tolerance approach to Modern Slavery in our operations and supply chains.
As a professional services firm, our business involves the provision of legal advice across practice areas such as corporate, finance, maritime and real estate. Our direct operations consist primarily of our people—lawyers, professional support staff, and administrative employees—working in offices within the United States. We assess the risk of Modern Slavery in our own operations as low, given our direct employment model, adherence to professional standards, fair employment practices, and compliance with applicable labor laws.
Our supply chain is relatively straightforward and low-risk overall, focusing on professional and administrative services and supplies. Key suppliers include:
IT hardware/software providers and managed services;
Office facilities management;
Professional services (such as couriers, travel providers);
Stationery, marketing, and other low-value goods.
Policies
We maintain and enforce the following policies relevant to Modern Slavery:

We conduct risk-based due diligence on suppliers, including:
When engaging suppliers, PTSG incorporates terms its into relevant agreements obliging suppliers to adhere to our policy, which reflects our commitment to ethical conduct and human rights.
Ongoing monitoring of higher-risk suppliers through periodic reviews.
Integration of Modern Slavery risk into our broader business risk assessments and vendor management processes.
No instances of Modern Slavery have been identified in our operations or supply chains thus far.
We continue to map our supply chain more deeply to identify any indirect higher-risk tiers.
In the coming year, we plan to:
Enhance supplier scrutiny for higher-risk categories.
Explore collaboration with industry peers on best practices.
This statement reflects our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. We will review and update our approach annually in line with evolving guidance.
PTS&G encourages anyone with concerns about potential Modern Slavery in our operations or supply chains to report via our confidential whistleblowing hotline or directly to jstratakis@polestublin.com. Reports are treated seriously and confidentially.
